Do you Register the Domain Name, and handle the Web Design and Web Hosting?
Yes, we handle everything for you. Our plans include domain name registration, website design and web hosting, at no additional charge. Our customers are highly encouraged to host with us because of the ease of providing support and the continuous upgrades to security features our servers have.
I already registered a Domain name. Can I still work with you?
When we finish designing the website, we can login to your current Domain registrar settings and update them so that they work along with your new website.
Do I need to have all the content and pictures ready before I start on the website?
No, you don't need to have everything ready brfore we get started. We often use placeholder content before we start so we can add your real content later on. This allows us to get started sooner and get the website online quicker.
How much input do I have on the design process?
We strongly encourage your input. This is your website. The more input you provide, the better we can meet your expectations.
Have you built a website for a company like mine before?
Our Sample Websites Link offers samples of websites we've designed. If you don't see a sample for the business category you're in, but would like to see one, you can contact us for assistance. Most websites follow a common layout. Your website would be designed based on a layout you select, then customized so it would be unique to your business.
What is the turnaround to complete a website?
The first draft of your website usually takes us 1-2 weeks to develop for established businesses. For new small businesses, the turnaround is about 1 week. After you see the dirst sraft, you can tell us what you like and don't like. We'll make unlimited revisions until you're satisfied. The sooner you start and send us all the materials and requests, the sooner the website will be finished.
If I already have a website, can you help upgrade it to look more modern?
We can help improve your website's current appearance, make it easier to navigate, give it a professional design touch, make it load faster, etc. Just provide us with a link to your current site and let us know what you would like changed.
Can you build a website with a specialized add-on feature for me?
We are often asked if we can add a distinctive feature to a website, such as a booking system or hotel reservation. We refer to these as 3rd Party Add-Ons. In most cases, yes, we can integrate these into your website.
What is the best type of website for a small business?
A good website for a small business should generate leads and increase potential clients or customers. Of course, your website should represent your brand and look good...but your ultimate goal should be to generate more business.
Who writes the initial content for the website (not blogs or social media posts)?
As you know your business best, you should write the initial text for every page on your website. If you don't have the time to write it, our friendly editorial staff will be happy to write the text for you for an additional fee. If your business is similar to other's, you may find it beneficial to browse those websites. Afterwards, you can get a sense of what their website says, which will aid in writing content for your website.
As for blogs and social media posts, that writing service is included at no additional cost each month, depending on the digital marketing plan that you chose.

Unlimited Support & Updates
Can I make my own updates to my website?
We know that your business is always evolving and changing, and your website will require those changes. From small things as address, hour updates, or services offered and more intricate changes. With that said, we have three options to managing completed websites.
First, you will have full access to our user friendly system that allows you to do most of the managing yourself.
Second, we provide monthly updates to your website, based on your plan. Anywhere from as little as 1/2 an hour to as much as 10 hours of free updates.
Third, we have a full support team that can manage your website while you manage your business. Our rates are: $35/half hour or $50/full hour.
What is the turnaround to complete a website?
If you have a new, or small 6 page website, we can have you up and running within 1 week. For most established businesses it usually takes us 1-2 weeks to develop the first draft of your website. Once you see the First Draft, you can tell us what you like and what you don’t like. We’ll make unlimited revisions until you’re 100% satisfied. The sooner you get started and send us all the materials and requests, the sooner the website will be completed.
