What Is Digital Marketing?
Digital marketing is promoting and advertising your company, and services/products, to people using Internet connected devices, such as computers, smartphones and tablets. Digital marketing focuses on creating an immersive website, managing social media and managing ad campaigns on search engines and social media, working on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and measuring and analyzing the results of all these channels.
Will You Help Walk Me Through The Whole Process?
Absolutely! We have unique processes in place that will educate and help you make informed decisions along the way. The last thing we want is for you to be uncomfortable or overwhelmed.
Do You Outsource Your Projects Or Send Work Overseas?

No. All of our work is performed by our in-house team based in Redondo Beach, California.

Will My Business Benefit From Digital Marketing?
Yes. Some companies have skepticism about digital marketing. But, your competition is reaching out to the majority of consumers that turn to the internet for information and services/products.

You've already started searching for ways to grow, and found us. Imagine how many clients are turning to your competition because you can't reach them.

How Much Does Digital Marketing Cost?

One thing is for user, digital marketing is never free. You can spend multiple hours a day on it, hire an employee and train them, or outsource it to a digital marketing agency.

The key is getting the maximum ROI for your money. It's also important to remember that ROI doesn't' have to mean revenue. It can also mean meeting other objectives, such as getting more leads, increasing traffic to your website, or boosting your social media engagement. The end result is how focused you are on digital marketing. Did your lead, or sale, arrive because they saw your social media multiple times, saw your ads online, found your website when entering keywords, or was driving by your storefront and something reminded him of your name, product or service? If they go to your storefront, they probably say "I was just passing by", and not tell you they saw our social media, ads, or website. You know that just because you built it, clients did not come out of the blue.

How Often Should I Update My Website?
Search engines, like Google and Bing, place a lot of relevance on websites that keep their content fresh, and are continually adding information for their clients.

This is why updating your website frequently, and having a blog and social media, where posts are published daily or weekly, are of the upmost importance.

What About A Responsive Mobile Ready Website?
Mobile phones are the most used devices to access the internet, search for services, stores, products, engage with social media, and view websites. A business that ignores mobile marketing is already behind the curve.

Your business website needs to be modern, responsive, and mobile ready. It must look good on a large 27" desktop, 17.3" laptop, 12" tablet, or 5" smartphone.

What Is SEO?
Search engine optimization (SEO) is optimizing the content of your website so that it ranks high on a search engine's page. So that when someone is searching for your services or products, your business will show up high on the first page results. Ranking on the first page of Google is what everyone strives for. Done well, it increases the quantity and quality of visitors to your website.

DLDM Agency guarantees that your business will show up on the first page of Google for one of your local keywords, within 6 months of working with us.

What Is PPC?
PPC stands for Pay-Per-Click. It's a way for businesses to get visitors, or leads, to their website by paying a fee each time one of their ads is clicked, Search engine advertising is one of the most popular forms of PPC, and the fastest way of getting to the top of the first search results page. PPC also works for advertising on social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
What Are Backlinks?
Getting mentions, or links back to your website, on other websites is very important. You an create relationships with influencers, or editors, of similar websites and have them mention your business, and/or services.

We have relationships with thousands of websites around the world, and although we can not guarantee backlinks; the informational posts that we do for your blog are a good way for these websites to hopefully mention your business. We mention your newest blogs, every month, to these sites, and over time, a few will catch their eye and post it on their website, and thus, mention your business and you get a backlink.

How Many Pages Do I Get?
The number of pages that your new website will get depends on the plan that you purchase.

We have plans starting from 3, 5, 8, 15, and 25 pages. If you need more pages, we can give you a free quote. How Long Does It Take To Finish A Website?

Is 10 business days fast enough? We can sometimes deliver in less time than that, but the average for a new, custom designed, mobile ready, SEO optimized site is about 10 business days.

This timeline can be longer or shorter depending on how proactive you are with assets and revisions.

I’m Not Local To Your Area. Can You Still Make My Business Website?
Yes! We're great at communicating via Zoom, phone and email, and our clients come from all over the United States.
Do I Have To Pay For Hosting?

Hosting is included at no extra charge on all of our plans for your domain and website. Unlike others, that give you "free domain hosting", but charge for webiste hosting on their cheaper plans.

Difference Between Domain vs Website Hosting?

Web hosting and domain hosting, though closely related, are two different services. Website hosts allow users to create and store content, like a website, on Internet servers.

A Domain host is an internet service that manages your domain name, such as, example.com.

DLDM Agency gives you free hosting for your domain name and your website.

Do You Use Templates?

Short answer is NO. Your business is not cookie-cutter, neither should your website be. We custom design your business website to your specifications, with your custom local keywords, and SEO optimized.

How Many Photos/Images Do I Get?

At DLDM Agency, custom means custom! You get an unlimited number of photos/images for your website pages. The pages that we design for your business will be custom made to your specifications, with the photos/images that you want, whether it's 1 or 1,000 in one page.

If you see others offering 1-20 stock photos, you know your business website will just be a copy of someone else's site. We don't recommend that.

Will My Website Be Secure?

Yes. We only use SSL servers and certificates, all at no extra charge to you. So all your pages will always start with HTTPS.

Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (https) is a combination of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. TLS is an authentication and security protocol widely implemented in browsers and Web servers.

Will My New Website Show Up On Google's First Page?

Is The Pricing One-Time Or Monthly?

DLDM Agency wants to make sure your business shows up on the first search page of Google for your local keywords.

This is why we custom web design services that deliver results.
